Femto-laser assisted Refractive lens exchange (RLE)
The lens exchange method can be used to treat all sorts of refractive defects. Within the scope of a comprehensive preliminary examination, we will determine whether the method is implementable and which lens is recommended in the specific case. The procedure corresponds to that used for cataract surgery, one of the most common eye surgery procedures, which has been performed since the 1960s and is considered as extremely mature and safe.
Today, multifocal lenses even make the treatment of presbyopia possible.
